Karyn Christopher has served as Stevens Center's Executive Director since October of 2023 and brings over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management.

Karyn believes people should have the opportunity to build relationships, be an active part of their communities, develop their strengths, and pursue lives that reflect their own interests and goals. She is committed to making sure individuals and families feel valued while leading Stevens Center through continued growth and change.

Karyn believes good organizations never stop evolving, and she is passionate about building new opportunities, solving problems, and finding better ways to support the people and families who trust Stevens Center.

Krystle Ragland brings a background in Human Resource Management, Human Services, and childcare administration to her work at Stevens Center and currently serves in the role of Business Manager. She holds an Associate's degree in Human Resource Management and is also a licensed real estate broker. Before joining Stevens Center, she spent four years working in childcare as a financial administrator. She became part of the Stevens Center team in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant and has continued to grow with the organization ever since.

What Krystle enjoys most about her work is the opportunity to meet and work with so many different people while making an impactful difference in their lives. She describes her approach as driven, saying that when she becomes focused on something, there is not much that can stop her. Her ability to adapt to different situations, both professionally and personally, is something she is especially proud of and credits with helping her thrive at Stevens Center.

Krystle believes Stevens Center is more than a service provider. It is a community built on friendships, family, and partnerships, where people are treated like one of their own. She hopes the people we serve are able to experience all of the opportunities and benefits the world has to offer. As Stevens Center continues to grow, she is excited to keep growing alongside it and is excited to see where the organization goes next.

Kyla Love brings a strong background in healthcare and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science to her work at Stevens Center. Her career has included roles in patient services, health information management, hospital administration, and Veterans Services with Lee County Government. Kyla enjoys being part of the Stevens Center team, where new ideas are welcomed and she has the opportunity to learn and grow alongside the organization. Outside of work, Kyla is most proud of her husband and three children, who are an important part of her life.

Kyla believes that "communication is key" and that almost any problem can be resolved or prevented through timely, clear, and honest communication. Kyla enjoys working for an organization where employees at all levels, from the DSPs to the Executive Director, care deeply about the population we serve. She believes this is reflected in the decisions made at Stevens Center every day. She is looking forward to being part of the organization's continued growth and becoming the best in the business at providing IDD services.
