Connections is our day support program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Every day is designed to build skills, spark friendships, and open doors into the wider community - not to fill time, but to make it count.
What Participants Experience
A Typical Day
Arrival, social time, and daily goal setting
Morning activity block (e.g., Cooking class or Art)
Community outing (e.g., Volunteering at Meals on Wheels)
Lunch and unstructured peer socialization
Afternoon fitness or sensory regulation
Wrap-up, daily reflection, and dismissal
